My venture into this industry started as an intern content writer at a crypto start-up. I have written dozens of editorial articles and hundreds of translations. At the end of a year, I have improved myself enough to write 5 original blog posts of an average of 300 words a day. So much so that the articles I wrote were read by an average of 2–3 thousand people. My source of motivation was that I was getting new information from every article I wrote.
Afterwards, about 3 months after I got a job, I went from an intern to an editor and with the knowledge I gained, I started to show myself as a fundamental analyst. This has been a key factor in getting an important place in the community. I started the community management profession when my company had 3,000 subscribers and continued until my company’s subscribers reached 25,000. With an average of 700 messages per week, I have made rapid progress in these skills by staying in constant contact with the community. In addition, I gained experience working in different projects by working as a community manager in the global or local telegram and Discord groups of different projects.
On the other hand, my work on social media continued. At first, I managed a company account with only 2,000 subscribers, but in my last job, I was given responsibility for a company account with 60,000 subscribers. In this process, the desire to be as active as possible and to reach new members constantly became my source of motivation.
In the last situation I came to, a manager who realized that I was specializing in each of the Crypto Marketing Departments by taking part in each of the Crypto Marketing Departments sequentially and occasionally at the same time sent me a message stating that he wanted to see me as a Marketing Manager. I was surprised, I felt inadequate first, but I accepted this offer because I had no doubt that I would do my best.
Now I’m taking a more comprehensive approach to Digital Marketing. In addition to my experience in the Crypto industry from community management to social media management, I am on a journey from e-mail marketing strategies to SEO expertise.
As for the salary. Since it was already a start-up in the first place I entered and the main added value was not to them, but because they added it to me, I did not have any demands and I just tried to learn. The first allowance I received afterwards was 45 USD 6 months after I started my job, and in the following months I worked with 150 USD per month. At this point, the maximum salary amount I faced was 2,400 USD per month with 15 $ / Per Hour.

Also, throughout this entire career development process, I had major depression that started after a devastating pandemic and became quite severe about 1–2 months ago. On the one hand, this was the result of working remotely and with exhausting flexible working hours, and on the other hand, it was a result of having to continue my university education at the same time.
Now, after a short break, I got better and I continue my career from where I left off and overcome my shortcomings.
Wish me luck because I really loved this job.
